Sunday the 15th July saw the second performance of our ex-prisoner band Platform 7, and what a glorious event it was!
Platform 7 was up to full power, as Eileen had now made a full recovery from the bought of chickenpox which so sadly prevented her from performing on the 5th July at St Marylebone. She brought the sunshine with her as we gathered at the ‘Front Room’ in the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre.
The atmosphere was magic, with so many of the performers’ friends and family present, as well as other MiP supporters and random members of the public passing through being drawn in to watch at the sides.
